Cumberland Housing Authority is now accepting applications for the four Bedroom Project Based Apartments wait list. These apartments are located on Woodward St. in Cumberland. Section 8 Project-Based subsidy included. Applicants must be income eligible and meet household size guidelines to qualify for these units.
